REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Precision Gymnastics and Cheerleading’s recreational classes run from August 1 – May 31. There will be a special abbreviated summer program and summer classes the months of June and July. You may register at any time during the year and placement will be made based on class availability. All COMPETITIVE TEAMS are year-round programs.
There is a once-a-year non-refundable registration fee of $35.00 for one child and $50.00 for a family. The registration fee and the 1st month’s tuition are due upon registration. We must have a current signed registration/waiver form on file in the office before anyone can be accepted into a class.
MONTHLY TUITION
Tuition charges are posted to the customer account the 1st of each month and payment is due by the first class of the month. A late fee is automatically charged to all accounts that are not paid in full by the end of the first class of the month.
Please make your check payable to: Precision Gymnastics. You may mail your payment to: 804 McBrayer Homestead Road, Shelby NC 28152 before your first class of the month or we also take credit or debit card payments over the telephone for your convenience. Of course, you may always make your payment at the front desk.
Accounts that are paid after the first class of the month will be charged a $15.00 late fee. Any unpaid balance that is 30 days overdue may terminate any further class or team participation.

DROPPING CLASSES
Your child’s place in class is automatically held from month to month. Should you decided to drop any or all classes we require a 2-week written notice. Please note that payment is due for that 2-week period. If a student stops coming to class without written notification, the student’s account will be charged for the additional 30 days.
RETURNED CHECKS
If your check is returned by your bank, you will be charged the amount of the check in addition to a $25.00 return check charge.
MAKE-UP POLICY
Students are allowed one make-up class per month. The make-up class must be within a 2-week period of the date of absence. Please call and schedule a make-up class with the front desk. There are no team make-ups. Because of our student to teacher ratio, there will be no refund or credits for missed classes. Missed classes will not result in pro-rated tuition or refunds.
